How to shop:
- Define the easier way to find what you want to shop. You can navigate by the type of product by selecting SHOP BY CATEGORY, or if you want to see the complete collection select SHOP BY COLLECTION, and choose one to navigate through.
- Once you have found an item you wish to purchase press the ADD TO CART button to continue.
- At the top of the page, review your selected items by clicking the CART
- Review the items in your Cart by clicking the link at the top of the page. You can delete items from your cart anytime.
- To complete your order click on Checkout.
- You can continue with the checkout process as a guest or you can also register to create a username.
- Complete the shipping and payment information fields, and we will send you an email with an order confirmation.
Processing your order. Step by Step.
You will receive a confirmation order. The processing time starts after receiving confirmation.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and the carrier’s.
Within the U.S., Canada, Central America, South America: Standard shipping on all orders is $20. Free Shipping on all orders over $55.
Outside the Americas: Standard shipping on all orders is $20.
Duties and taxes for shipping outside the U.S.: Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price. The payment of any duties is the recipient's responsibility and those fees are collected at the time of the delivery. However, charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. If we have worked with your country before you can email us and we will be happy to assist you with the correct customs information.
Warehouse Processing Time:
Standard Pieces: 1-2 business days
Custom Made: 4-6 business days
Shipping Time: 4-6 business days
Tracking your order: Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
All of our pieces have a 6-month warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 6 moths from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, send us an email with your name, shipping address, order number, and a picture of your damaged item.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- If an item has been altered in any way (i.e. if you cut, shortened, or re-burned the strings or edges), we can’t replace the item.
- Custom made pieces cannot be replaced or refunded.
