FROM ONLINE TO OFFLINE ... FROM THE VIRTUAL WORLD TO THE REAL WORLD
SHOPPING is an enjoyable experience, especially when it triggers all our natural senses, hence the importance of approaching the physical space to feel it in all its dimensions. The direct attention of the sales representative while looking at your face and providing helpful knowledge and expertise, the aromas of the place and the possibility of physically examining a product, touching it, feeling it, or tasting it, is what completes the in-person experience.
It is important to go back to the basics, like going to a library, getting out of virtual life for a while and returning to face-to-face life. When we live more real and less virtual experiences, our senses are strengthened at the same time as human relationships.
I am not against the cyber world when it comes to buying, obviously it has great advantages, but it should be an alternative rather than the norm and should not define our everyday life.
